As PDS Architecture was contracted to develop the award winning Channelside Luxury Apartment Complex, it was only natural that PDS was awarded the task of developing the clubhouse for the community. The elegant clubhouse features multiple amenities ranging from a full service gym, pool area, outdoor life size chess area, game room, putting range, and common lounge areas.
