PDS Architecture was selected to lead the architectural design and planning for Alico Industrial Park, a premier industrial hub located in Fort Myers, Florida. The project encompassed the design of state-of-the-art facilities that cater to a variety of industrial and commercial businesses, contributing to the economic development of our area.

The Alico Industrial Park development required a thoughtful balance between functionality, aesthetics, and environmental sustainability. The site includes multiple buildings designed for warehousing, office spaces, and operational facilities.
