Quickly becoming the premiere firm in apartment community development in Southwest Florida, PDS Architecture was pleased to create this four-building apartment complex off a main artery in Fort Myers. The project was a combination of six- and seven-unit buildings giving the developer a diversity of units to lease.
EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED
Among the features was a cabana and pool for the enjoyment of the tenants. This captivating townhome-style apartment living has spacious floor plans entering through a glass panel door to the foyer. Tenants will immediately notice tasteful furnishings and stainless-steel appliances.
