MOE’S SOUTHWEST GRILL
As a collaborative effort with Moe’s corporate headquarters, and the local franchisee, Moe’s Southwest Grill was a project suited to show PDS Architecture’s ability to work with existing corporate requirements during the construction phase. Our role in this project was to insert the corporate prototype into a specific space.
EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED
Although we typically do the design work on our projects, this one followed the Moe’s process. It required careful interaction with the design team, sensitivity to the strict timeline, and keen construction administration aptitude. We consider Moe’s to be a successful foray into hospitality architecture and an experience demonstrating our adaptability.
