PORT SANIBEL MARINA
We were thrilled with the opportunity to work on Sanibel Island’s marina. The client requested construction designed to mimic their existing boat storage facility on Port Comfort Road. The project was put into action with a need to allow customer vessels direct access from the marina without having to meander through the existing canal system, saving owners both time and fuel.
EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED
Through proper planning and working together with the client, PDS Architecture developed a space which was both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Sanibel Marina’s 38,000-square foot boat storage facility houses an astounding 250 boat slips with a max vessel size of 46 feet. Additionally, fifteen 15’ x 33’ x 8’ trailer bays were structured for ample storage.
