PDS Architecture was blessed with the opportunity to create Channelside, an award winning 325-unit luxury apartment complex located on Pine Ridge Road between McGregor and Gladiolus. This spacious community consists of 5 separate apartment buildings, each containing multiple unit styles and layouts. Currently finalizing construction, these apartments will be ready for occupancy in 2015 with special amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, man sized chess board and numerous other features.
