A 14-building apartment complex complete with a clubhouse and numerous amenities, this project was a PDS Architecture design achievement. Each phase exemplified our ability to work with the client to achieve an individual look and design they wanted. The project occupies 20 acres of land with onsite lakes and parking garages for the owners’ enjoyment. PDS Architecture worked side-by-side with the civil design team to create a complex gem amongst the multi-family communities. The apartment units are one to excite with nine-foot ceilings, granite counter tops, wood plank flooring and cherry wood cabinets.
With a track record of success designing clubhouses for living facilities and resort style communities, PDS Architecture was honored with the opportunity to develop another remarkable clubhouse space. The clubhouse is enriched with a grand foyer with high ceilings and a posh great room to relax. It also features a 24-hour fitness center as well as a game room, play center and yoga studio. The outdoor area is even more spectacular with a gorgeous swimming pool and outdoor kitchen with a lounge area to host some perfect family gatherings.
