With a large positive track record of transforming commercial spaces, PDS Architecture was contracted to develop a new retail location for the Haus Of Trikes and Bikes located in Fort Myers Florida. Known throughout the state as one of the largest new and used motorcycle and trike dealers, the Haus Of Trikes and Bikes contacted PDS with hopes of renovating a long-abandoned facility into a state of the art motorcycle show room and repair facility.

The over 12,000 Sq. Ft. facility showcases a 3,500 Sq. Ft. fabrication and repair center, along with an elegantly designed show room to showcase new and used motorcycles. The location was developed in a way to efficiently use the space allocated to align with the customers goals, wants, and requirements.

There were several challenges that presented themselves during the development of the new Haus Of Trikes and Bikes facility. These challenges included reinforcing existing mezzanine to support the newly designed multi-level showroom, addressing the lack of ADA accessibility on both the interior and exterior of the facility. Additionally, elevators and lifts were added to the existing building without disrupting the existing structure. Aesthetic challenges included modernizing the existing façade without disrupting the existing storefront, and tastefully merging the existing stone finishes with modern design features.
