ROSE MARINA
PDS Architecture completed conceptual design of a new state-of-the-art, full-service marina to take the place of the old outdated one. The construction document phase utilized each team member’s special attributes and created a project which pleased everyone.
EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED
The project includes a dry storage marine facility with a boat maintenance area as well as offices for the business. There are specialty shops/trade mercantile and a new sales center for the purchase of new or used watercraft. Each step of the project dealt closely with the owner, making it a truly unique facility.
