PDS Architecture was selected to design the Cape At Savona Apartments, a modern multi-family residential complex in Cape Coral. The project aimed to create stylish, comfortable living spaces that cater to the needs of today’s residents while enhancing the community’s appeal. The design focused on providing a high-quality living experience through thoughtful planning, modern amenities, and a welcoming environment.
EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED
The Cape At Savona Apartments project involved designing a comprehensive residential complex that includes multiple apartment buildings, communal areas, and amenities. The scope encompassed interior and exterior design, optimizing space usage, and integrating features that enhance both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Construction started in August of 2019 and was completed and finished only two years later.
