We were contracted to design and develop the TownePlace Suites, a luxury hotel and retail space in Venice, Florida. This project showcases a wide array of our design capabilities with both multi-family and retail design.
EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a modern all-suite hotel with numerous amenities including an in-house state-of-the-art gym, a grand conference room, laundry services and exquisite dining options. The gorgeous rooms feature upscale furnishings, and premium finishes. In addition to the hotel, the TownePlace Suites will encompass a retail outparcel space featuring both shopping along with a future restaurant.
